Laser cutting of steel plate at the Project Laser factory

Custom laser cutting, CNC bending and steel fabrication

Metal parts and assemblies built to technical drawings. Cutting, bending, welding, assembly and finishing in Itupeva, SP, Brazil.

OUR FACILITY

1,780 m² of factory floor

Project Laser manufactures parts, components and welded assemblies to the drawing, tolerance and requirement of each order. Laser cutting, CNC bending, steel fabrication, welding and finishing: the drawing goes in through technical review and the finished part leaves through dispatch.

2021

Founded, with operations dedicated to one strategic customer.

2024

New partners joined, investment in TRUMPF machines and opening to the market with cutting, bending and fabrication.

Today

1,780 m² of factory floor on a 3,000 m² site, supplying São Paulo and other regions of Brazil.

CNC CUTTING · 6,000 W

Laser cutting

The TruLaser 1030 fiber cuts sheet up to 3,000 × 1,500 mm with a 6,000 W source. The CNC program comes straight from the customer file, in DXF or STEP, from single parts to serial batches, with high precision and dimensional repeatability.

Different thickness or material? Send the dimension along with the drawing. Our sales team checks it in the technical review.

CNC FORMING

CNC bending

Two TRUMPF press brakes on the line. The bending program follows the geometry, radius, material and tolerance of the drawing, with angular repeatability from the first part to the batch. Sheets leave the laser table and go into forming in the same building.
